Mr Brian Tapiwa Anifasi

Tapiwa Bryan Anifasi leads with a rare blend of strategic business acumen and deep social commitment. As Senior Managing Partner of EVSEG Consultancy, he channels his expertise in International Business, Event management and Public relations into ventures that deliver both commercial success and meaningful community impact. These are driven by his dual Honours Degrees: Bachelor of Business (Hons) International Business and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Event Management. Mr Anifasi's professional foundation includes technical consulting roles where he evaluated emerging technologies and delivered strategic briefings on industry challenges. His leadership is defined by a singular vision: to build enterprises that solve pressing regional challenges while creating enduring value.

At the heart of his work lies a transformative engagement with education across Botswana and Africa. Over the past 13 years, Anifasi has directly impacted more than 300 schools and 90,000 learners through pioneering literacy initiatives that have become regional benchmarks. Notably, he designed and implemented inclusive education programs specifically tailored for blind and deaf learners; groundbreaking interventions that have shaped national conversations around educational equity. This hands-on reform work is anchored in his Master of Science in Early Childhood Development and Post-Graduate Diploma in Higher Education, credentials that inform his evidence-based approach to systemic change.

Anifasi’s ability to lead complex organizations is evidenced through his appointment as Director of Eye Health Clinics in 2020, where he steers the strategic direction of a specialist ophthalmic practice. His governance expertise extends to the Trust of BIHL Group Botswana, the nation’s leading financial services institutions, where he serves as a Trustee guiding corporate strategy and oversight as of 2025.

His influence in youth leadership and organizational development reaches across the continent. Starting off as an avid advocate for youth engagement and inclusion through the African Youth Clubs of the AU representing Botswana, he proceeded to serve as National President of JCI Botswana in 2023. Here, he provided national direction for the organization’s empowerment initiatives, building on years of executive leadership within the movement. He went on to serve as the Global Representative for Africa and the Middle East on JCI’s Global merchandising committee, where his strategic vision shaped brand and revenue strategies across more than 150 countries.

Whether developing partnerships, directing healthcare operations, or championing inclusive education, Anifasi remains guided by an entrepreneurial philosophy: to create efficient social enterprises that transcend time, solve real problems, and contribute to a better world. In his spare time he enjoys guest lecturing at the nations institutes of higher learning, coaching and mentoring speakers across the demographic divide and guest appearing on national television and private radio programs discussing current and life affairs.
